Gifts and Weaknesses in groups

Everyone brings gifts to a group. For example, you may be quite punctual. That is helpful to the group.
But a gift can become a weakness. All it takes is intolerance. If you become intolerant of others who are even slightly late, then your gift has become a weakness.
